Turnover Concept The English term turnover designates, in the human resources management context, the personnel rotation rate as to employees’ admissions and dismissals of an organization or an organizations’ department/sector. A high turnover is many times related with a low commitment of the employees with the organization, with a bad organizational climate, with low salaries or with several other factors which create dissatisfaction, reason by which the turnover is many times used as an indicator of the organizations’ health.
