Trainee Concept

The term Trainee designates, in the management scope, a kind of position inside and organizations’ hierarchic structure in which the cooperator who occupies it is encouraged to his own personal and professional development through a training structured program. This type of programs is usually used for, quickly, transfer cooperators to another sectors of the company or to assume new responsibilities, namely at the management level.
