Organizational Values Concept

Organizational values are basic conviction or beliefs in some behaviors which in a certain organization are more desired then others. Simultaneously the values are also judgments being that include moral perceptions about what is right and about what is wrong. Values are extremely important for the organization being that strongly influence behaviors, attitudes, perceptions and peoples’ motivations.
