Commercial Management Concept

Commercial management is one of the traditional management functional areas found in any organization and to which fit the tasks performance of commercial scope and marketing, namely:

- External surroundings study and organizations’ self capacity to perform sales estimates in order to determine the main threats and opportunities that are presented to the organization in order to determine its main weak and strong points.

- Organization and control of commercial and marketing actions, including commercial strategy definitions and performance policies.

- The relation with clients including the definition of the raising from, complementary and after sales services definition and complaint management.

- Sales strength management, including its dimensioning and the structuring form definition.
