Change Management Concept

Change Management corresponds to a reinvention or restructuring process of the organizational culture, strategy and organizational structure, which implies to place apart the traditional practices in the organization. Now-a-days, change is a discontinuous phenomenon, fast and unpredictable, so the managers should be prepared to answer to uncertainty of their performance environment. This answer goes through anticipation about the future organizations’ way, by a definition of the phases that must be fulfilled for its achievement and by a skills and resources analysis that will be necessary for the achievement of this goal.
