Team Spirit Concept

The expression team spirit designates a group of elements on which lies a team and distinguishes it from a simple group of people. In order to exist a team and not only a group of people it’s needed the existence of a common goal and that all members act in the way to achieve that common goal. Team spirit represents, therefore, all of the elements that potentiate the achievement of that common goal as being: team work; sharing and mutual support; group responsibility; criticism capacity and self criticism.
