Report and Accounts Concept

Report and Accounts is a document produced annually by the companies, formed essentially by two parts:

. One report where is presented the activity, the company’s performance and the context in which it was developed;

. The accounts of the company, presented in specific accountancy maps, namely Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow Map.

The main goal of Report and Accounts is to make available to the interested parts all information that allows the correct evaluation of the company’s performance, forming an opportunity to explain to the several interested the strategic priorities of the exercise, compared to the economical and regulatory framework, characterize the activity of the business areas and analyze its effect on a economic and financial point of view.
