Quality Manual Concept

According to the Standard ISO 8402, Quality Manual is “a document that expresses the quality policy, quality system and quality practices of an organization”. Its significance is of the fact of not being simply a demonstration instrument for the external entities (clients and official entities) but, above all, a guide for the own organization’s personnel. Put in writing an activity (regarding to planning, performing, verification and results evaluation) is a good course and a way to better understand and master that activity.
