Life and Work of Hugo Münsterberger

Hugo Münsterberger, German sociologist, was one of the main pioneers of the works in the social science area (namely psychology) applied to management, whose originated Industrial Psychology, having been known as the father of Industrial Psychology. His most significant work was Psychology and Industrial Efficiency published in 1912.
