Motivation Concept

The term motivation designates a group of psychological factors (conscious or unconscious), affective, intellectual or physiological range, which determine behavior, the individuals’ decisions and actions to achieve his goals, motivation is so important for the work productivity in the organizations that along the last decades were developed numerous motivation models, who seek to study human motivations in order to get the best from them.
