Mission Concept

The organizations’ mission corresponds to the reason of being of the organization and forms the sum of all values, goals and organization intentions, or by other words, corresponds to the identification of the organizations’ business definition. Representing the identification of the organization itself and the justification for its reason to exist, mission forms a potential unification and motivation point of all organization members.

Mission is usually defined by the founders, being able, although to also be by the top managers.
