Life and work of Henry Ford

At management level, Henry Ford became known for the idealization of the assembly line and application of the mass production method in his Ford automobile factories. The obtained success at the production and efficiency level with the application of these methods was so expressive that Ford Motors Co. became, in few years, in one of the North American industry giants, becoming, for this, one of the most suggestive examples of the practical application of the Scientific Management Theory.
