Entrepreneurship Concept

The term Entrepreneurship suggests that an organizations’ employee doesn’t necessarily have to abandon the organization and build his own business to give wings to their entrepreneurial spirit. The Entrepreneurship underlying idea is the combination of the facilities’ use advantages and all of the resources owned by the organization with the independency characteristics, creativity and innovation capacity of a small autonomous project. This kind of initiatives, if well designed and implemented, can have an extremely important role either on the capacity to generate innovations, either on the organizations’ economic and financial results level.
