Endomarketing Concept

The term Endomarketing, which means “inward” or internal marketing, designates a kind of marketing realized by a series of tools and actions developed with the aim to raise awareness, inform and motivate the employees of the own organization. According to the endomarketing defenders, this kind of actions contributes to motivate and compromise the employees creating in them a positive image of the organization, such image that afterwards will be transferred to the exterior, especially for the consumers. The basic assumption is that by well informing the internal “client” and making him feel good with the organization and with its products and services, then, it will be easier to create a favorable opinion in the external client.
