Effectiveness Concept

The term effectiveness designates success in the achieved results. Unlike the term efficiency, that places the emphasis in the ways used to achieve certain goals, the term effectiveness places the emphasis in the results. By other words, efficiency is the “well doing” while effectiveness is “be able to achieve the goal”.
