Collaborator Concept

The term collaborator is normally used to designate all people that cooperate with a company though work. Therefore is, a term equivalent to employee or worker of the organization and can include not only the people that make part of the employees board but also other service provider  that in an individual way provide services on regular basis and under the supervision of other cooperators of the organization.

In certain contexts can be found, with the same meaning as the cooperator, the term organization member. While, the term “member” places the emphasis in the person as integral part of the organization, the term “cooperator” places the emphasis in the relation existent between the person and the organization.
