Top Manager Concept

The expression top manager is used to designate a person (or member) that in an organization occupies the hierarchy top, not being, for that, subordinate of any other person. It’s up to the top manager the fulfillment of the organizations’ mission though the setting of strategic goals and strategies to achieve them, as well as the integration between the different functional areas of the organization.
