Self-managed Teams Concept

The expression Self-managed Teams refers to a group of people entirely responsible for the results of a certain process, featuring its members of great autonomy degree and all instruments essential to the problems’ resolution inherent to its work. This group is also responsible for the assignment of tasks and for the work planning. It’s one of the main elements that give bigger flexibility to the organizational structure, due to the growing pressures of chance and capacity of response to the consumers demands.
