Management by Results Concept

Management by results is a type of management that is based on the establishment of results to obtain in the future and subsequent definition of the performance ways to achieve them. It’s distinguished from the Management by Objectives due to the lack of emphasis in planning which can lead to Management by Pressure or Management by Crisis.
