Management by Pressure Concept

Management by pressure is a type of management with a very short time horizon and it’s many times adopted to try and reverse the consequences and not to solve the causes. It’s verified when the managers continuously exert pressure for bigger results obtainment without clearly and previously explaining to the remaining organization members.
