Management by Impulse Concept

Management by Impulse is a type of management with a very short time horizon and it’s many times adopted to try and reverse the consequences and not to solve the causes. It’s verified when the managers take decisions recklessly, without correctly evaluating the necessary means and the results to obtain. Decisions are usually taken based on emotions giving, many times, origin to management by pressure.
