Management by Crisis or Problems Concept

Management by Crisis or Problems is a type of management with a very short time horizon and it’s many times adopted to try and reverse the consequences and not to solve the causes. It’s verified when the managers worry with everything and everyone, trying to solve the most insignificant problems due to the existence of a worry excess in solving problems after its occurrence and rarely by anticipation.
