Management by Campaigns Concept

Management by Campaign is a type of management with a very short time horizon and it’s many times adopted to try and reverse the consequences and not to solve the causes. It happens when the organizations’ activity is based on isolated campaigns among itself and in time. To have success, should obey to a planned integrated strategy and not only to solve crisis or problems, for thus merely would obtain the effect without the, however, solving the cause.
