Know-How Concept The term Know-How is used to designate a technique, knowledge or a capacity developed by an organization or by a person. Know-How can, in some cases, form an important source of competitive advantages for who has it. However, from the moment that the technique, knowledge or capacity becomes much published and used, it loses its value and naturally stops to form a competitive advantages source.
