The term headhunter designates a group of people or specialized companies in the search of talented professionals or managers and top executives. A headhunters’ salary is normally a percentage of the initial annual salary of a hired individual. His participation in the enrollment processes can be important either for the candidate, either for the recruiting company, by the analyses and specific identification of the needs of this last.
