Luther Gulick Concept

Luther Gulick was a management theorist, follower of the Classic School initiated by Henri Fayol, having centered great part of his work in the study of the management elements, having performed a new deployment of the duties that are given to him, namely: planning, organization, advising, management, coordination, information and budget. Another aspect of his work was the relevance given to coordination as a way to lead everyone’s actions for a common goal.
