Henry L. Gantt Concept

Henry Gantt was a mechanical engineer and one of the main followers of Taylor and of the Scientific Administration Theory. Placed the emphasis in planning and work control becoming known for the creation of the famous Gantt graphic, that shows the relation between the several phases of a production program and originated PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) a more sophisticated technique still used today in the projects and productive programs planning and control that include multiple phases and activities inter-related and inter-dependant.
