Distribution Concept Distribution concept can have different ranges or even meanings, depending on the context in which the term is used. So, if the term is used in a logistics context, distribution is a synonym of the products’ physical distribution, including its transport, storage and delivery. In the marketing context, the term gains a wider range and becomes one of the most important marketing variables and includes all activities since the production phase until the consumption phase, such activities that include the placement of products, services, adding value to them, in time conditions, place and most convenient way to satisfy the most efficiently possible the clients’ and consumers’ needs.
