Economic Problem Concept Economic Problem occurs directly from the existence of a needs’ multiplicity (virtually unlimited), on one hand, and, on the other, from the scarcity of resources needed to satisfy them. From here occurs the base economic problem, which forces the choice and the effective management of the resources available in order to obtain the most benefit, this is, in order to satisfy the best possible the existent needs.
